Data Retention
Her Privacy Shield LLC handles sensitive case information with a privacy-first approach. This page describes the current working retention approach for private removal support.
Information We May Receive
Sensitive uploads or case details may include IDs, screenshots, URLs, creator names, stage names, profile links, correspondence, and evidence needed to review or support a removal request.
How Files Are Used
Files and case details are used for case review, verification, removal support, platform or host submissions, internal recordkeeping, fraud prevention, and operational support.
Retention Periods
Unless a longer period is required for legal, compliance, fraud-prevention, chargeback, dispute, safety, or recordkeeping reasons, case materials are generally retained for up to 90 days after case closure and then deleted or minimized according to our retention process.
Deletion Requests
Clients may request deletion of eligible files or case materials where legally permitted, subject to legal, compliance, payment, chargeback, dispute, security, fraud-prevention, safety, and recordkeeping limitations. Her Privacy Shield cannot promise instant deletion of every record or deletion from third-party systems outside its control.
Security Limits
No system is risk-free. Her Privacy Shield LLC will use privacy-first handling and access controls appropriate for sensitive case materials.
This section explains how optional Profile Discovery Review materials are handled under the site’s retention policy.
Profile Discovery Reference Materials
Profile Discovery reference materials, including client-provided usernames, stage names, screenshots, links, profile details, and optional reference materials, may be retained only as needed for case review, documentation, removal-request preparation, follow-up, dispute handling, legal/compliance obligations, or fraud/safety review, then deleted or retained according to the site’s data retention policy.
Complete discovery is not guaranteed.
