Payment and Order Data
Checkout and order processing are handled through WooCommerce and payment processors. Data Retention
Unless a longer period is required for legal, compliance, fraud-prevention, chargeback, dispute, safety, payment, or recordkeeping reasons, case materials are generally retained for up to 90 days after case closure and then deleted or minimized according to our retention process. Clients may request deletion where legally permitted, but some records may be retained for payment, compliance, dispute, fraud-prevention, safety, or legal obligations. Her Privacy Shield cannot promise instant deletion of every record or deletion from third-party systems outside its control.

If a client requests Profile Discovery Review, Her Privacy Shield may use client-provided usernames, stage names, screenshots, links, profile details, and optional reference materials to review public search tools, public platform searches, and profile-matching resources for possible profiles or URLs connected to the request. Possible matches may require client confirmation before removal-request preparation.
Complete discovery is not guaranteed. Do not submit illegal content, material involving minors or CSAM, threats, extortion, or criminal emergency information through this service.
