Her Privacy Shield LLC provides service-based privacy and takedown support. Because review, scanning, preparation, and submission work may begin soon after purchase, refund eligibility depends on case status and work already performed.

Refund Eligibility

A full refund may be available before case review, manual review, scanning, notice preparation, or submission work begins.

A partial refund or no refund may apply once review, scanning, notice preparation, submission, follow-up, or other case work has started.

No Guaranteed Outcome

Her Privacy Shield LLC does not guarantee removal, search-result removal, response time, platform action, or any specific result. Platform, host, and search engine decisions are outside our control.

Subscriptions

Subscription services, if offered, may be canceled according to the stated billing terms for that service. Cancellation does not automatically refund prior work already performed.

Payment Processor Fees

Payment processor fees may not be refundable where applicable.

Case-by-Case Review

Final refund decisions are reviewed case by case based on timing, service status, work completed, operational needs, and payment limitations.
