Services are based on the package purchased and the information submitted through checkout, account, support, and intake forms.
2. DMCA and Removal Assistance Only
We help prepare, organize, and submit removal-related requests where applicable. We do not control websites, platforms, hosts, search engines, or payment processors, and each recipient decides how to respond under its own policies and applicable law.
3. No Guaranteed Removal or Timeline
No removal result, response, search deindexing, account action, platform action, or response timeline is guaranteed. Outcomes depend on websites, platforms, hosts, search engines, evidence quality, policies, applicable law, and the completeness and accuracy of information provided.
4. No Legal Advice
Her Privacy Shield LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Our services are administrative, organizational, and support-oriented. If you need legal advice, legal representation, urgent safety help, or advice about rights and remedies, contact an attorney, law enforcement, or an appropriate hotline.
5. Client Authorization and Accuracy
By submitting a request, you represent that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you own the content or are authorized to act for the person or rights holder. You authorize Her Privacy Shield LLC to use the information you submit to prepare, organize, and submit removal-related requests.
6. Prohibited Submissions
Do not submit false claims, impersonation requests, or content involving minors, CSAM, illegal content, or unlawful activity. If a matter involves minors, CSAM, extortion, threats, physical safety risks, stalking, blackmail, or urgent legal issues, contact law enforcement, an attorney, or the appropriate hotline immediately.
7. Intake and Evidence Requirements
You are responsible for providing usable URLs, usernames, platform details, descriptions, evidence, authorization confirmations, and other information needed to review the request. Missing, incomplete, inaccurate, or unclear information may delay review or limit what can be prepared.
8. Checkout, Orders, and Accounts
Packages, checkout, accounts, and order references are handled through WooCommerce and connected payment processors. You may be asked to use the same email address from checkout when submitting intake so your payment and request can be matched.
9. Payments and Refunds
Prices, packages, and payment methods are shown at checkout. Refunds, if any, are handled under the Refund Policy and any applicable payment processor rules. A payment does not guarantee removal, a specific result, or a specific response time.
10. Platform and Search-Engine Limits
Platform names, website names, and logos are used descriptively only. Her Privacy Shield LLC is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially partnered with any named platform or search engine. Her Privacy Shield LLC does not claim official Google Trusted Copyright Removal Program membership.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Her Privacy Shield LLC is not responsible for decisions made by third-party websites, platforms, hosts, search engines, payment processors, or other recipients. We are not responsible for delays, denials, reposts, incomplete information, third-party actions, or outcomes outside our control.

We may update services, packages, workflows, policies, and these Terms as the business changes. Updated Terms will be posted on this page.
