FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers about Her Privacy Shield LLC, discreet DMCA takedown support, private evidence handling, and what to expect when requesting help with unauthorized online content.

What does Her Privacy Shield do?

Her Privacy Shield LLC helps adult creators, cam performers, ex-performers, and privacy-focused clients organize and submit removal requests for unauthorized online content. We help review client-provided URLs, prepare removal-request materials, and route requests to platforms, hosts, or search engines where appropriate.

Is Her Privacy Shield a law firm?

No. Her Privacy Shield LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Our service is administrative, privacy-focused, and documentation-based. If you need legal advice about your rights, claims, disputes, or potential liability, please speak with a licensed attorney.

Is removal guaranteed?

No. Her Privacy Shield provides removal-request support, evidence organization, request preparation, and follow-up tracking. Platforms, hosts, websites, and search engines make the final decision. Outcomes and timelines are not guaranteed.

What is a DMCA takedown notice?

A DMCA takedown notice is a copyright-based request sent to a website, platform, host, or service provider asking them to remove or disable access to material that is alleged to infringe copyright.

What types of content can you help with?

We may assist with unauthorized reposts, copied creator content, private session or cam recording reposts, impersonation-related reposts, search result links, and platform-hosted content when the client owns, controls, or is authorized to report the material.

What do you not handle?

We do not help submit fraudulent, abusive, retaliatory, misleading, or unauthorized claims. We do not hack accounts, bypass access controls, create public face-search tools, or provide legal advice. If a matter involves minors, coercion, exploitation, threats, or immediate safety concerns, report it to the appropriate platform safety team, authorities, or legal counsel.

Can you remove Google search results?

We can help prepare and route requests to Google or other search engines where appropriate. Her Privacy Shield LLC is independent and does not claim official Google Trusted Copyright Removal Program membership, Google partnership, or Google endorsement.

Does removing something from Google delete it from the website?

No. Search-result delisting can reduce visibility in search, but it does not delete content from the source website. Source removal depends on action by the website, platform, host, or another appropriate route. A source URL and its matching search-result URL count separately when separate requests are prepared.

How long does removal take?

Some requests may receive a response quickly, while others can take longer or require follow-up. Timelines vary by platform, host, evidence quality, case details, and review process. We do not promise a fixed removal timeline.

What if a website ignores the request?

If a website does not respond, we may document the attempt and review alternate routes such as host, platform, search engine, or follow-up reporting options. No escalation path or outcome is guaranteed.

Why do you need verification or ID?

Verification helps confirm that the request is authorized and helps reduce fraudulent or abusive takedown claims. We only ask for information needed to review and support the case.

Will my ID or evidence be public?

No. Her Privacy Shield LLC does not post your ID or evidence publicly. Case materials are used for private review, verification, removal support, and recordkeeping. Some platforms or service providers may require specific information to process a request, and we aim to handle that carefully.

What is the Private Session Scan?

The Private Session Scan is a one-time, consent-based check for possible reposted private session or cam recording content. It is not a public search tool, and it is not designed to let users search random people.

Is the Private Session Scan included with Premium?

Yes. The Private Session Scan is intended to be included with the Premium or Complete package. For Starter and Standard packages, it may be offered as an optional add-on when available.

Can I submit multiple stage names or usernames?

Yes. You can submit relevant stage names, usernames, profile links, known variations, and related URLs in your intake details so the case can be reviewed more accurately.

Can you help with cam recording websites?

We may help review URLs and prepare removal requests for unauthorized cam recording reposts when you are the creator, rights holder, or authorized representative.

Can you remove content from social media?

We can help prepare requests for social platforms when the content and evidence fit the platform’s reporting process or another appropriate removal pathway.

Do you offer monitoring or re-takedown support?

Monitoring and re-takedown support may be offered separately as an ongoing service. It is different from the one-time Private Session Scan.

What happens after payment?

After payment, you should be directed to complete a secure intake form. We review your request, organize URLs and evidence, and begin the appropriate documented removal-request workflow based on your package and submitted information.

What if I need help before paying?

You can contact support before purchasing if you are unsure which package fits your situation. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive files until a secure intake path is provided.

How are package URLs and request routes counted?

A URL is a specific web address submitted for review. A source URL is the original page, post, profile, image, video, or file hosted on a website or platform. A search-result URL is a Google, Bing, or other search-engine result that links to a source URL. A source URL and its matching search-result URL count separately only when separate requests are prepared. If both source-removal support and search-result delisting support are prepared for the same source, each prepared route counts as a separate URL/request route within the package limit.

What counts as a site or platform?

A site or platform is a unique domain, host, platform, or search engine where a request must be routed separately. For example, example-site.com is one site/platform; Google Search is a separate search-engine route; Bing Search is another; and the same content appearing on two different websites counts as two sites/platforms.

What follow-up support is included?

Starter includes one follow-up around day 7. Standard includes up to two follow-ups around days 7 and 14. Complete includes up to three follow-ups around days 7, 14, and 30. Follow-ups are provided only where the platform, host, website, or search engine offers a usable contact or response path. Follow-up support documents responses and appropriate next steps; it does not guarantee a response, removal, or timeline.

What does priority review mean?

Priority review means the case is reviewed sooner in our internal queue. It does not imply a special relationship with any platform or search engine and does not guarantee faster platform action, a response, removal, or a timeline.

Which packages include Profile Discovery Review?

Complete includes Profile Discovery Review when authorized. Starter and Standard do not include it by default unless it is explicitly stated or separately arranged. Profile Discovery Review means manually reviewing client-provided names, usernames, stage names, screenshots, links, public search tools, public platform searches, and profile-matching resources for possible matches. Possible matches require client confirmation before removal-request preparation, and complete discovery is not guaranteed.

What happens if a URL is not eligible?

If a URL is ineligible for the requested route, we document why and may recommend a different route when appropriate. Some URLs may not qualify for DMCA, privacy, search-result delisting, or platform-removal requests. Ineligible URLs are not guaranteed to be removed or delisted.

These answers describe the manual, consent-based Profile Discovery Review process and its limits.

What if I do not remember every stage name, username, or platform?

You can provide any names, usernames, platforms, screenshots, links, or details you remember. When authorized, we can review public search tools, platform searches, and profile-matching resources to identify possible related profiles or URLs. Possible matches are manually reviewed and may require your confirmation before any removal request is prepared. Complete results are not guaranteed.

Do you automatically submit removal requests for possible matches?

No. Possible matches are reviewed before they are treated as part of a case. We may ask you to confirm whether a profile, username, or URL belongs to you before preparing a removal request.

Do I have to provide a photo?

No, not always. A photo or screenshot may help with some profile-discovery reviews, but you should only provide materials you are comfortable sharing and authorized to submit. Do not upload illegal content, content involving minors, CSAM, threats, extortion, or material that should be handled by law enforcement or an attorney.
